All provided meals at the ashrams are vegetarian. We are not able to accommodate dietary requirements. If you require special food, please be responsible for bringing or arranging what you need. Amazon India delivers to both ashrams!

Are you confident walking, especially up hilly slopes? Babaji's ashram is set in the foothills of the Himalayas, and it is quite a climb from the guest house to the temple. We cannot ensure that we will be able to provide alternative transport. Please discuss with Gayatri if you think this may be an issue.
Travel Insurance is required for this retreat. Please ensure you have enough travel insurance to reimburse you for all of your flights and expenses should you need to cancel for any reason. Please also ensure you have at least $500,000 in medical cover.
We will be traveling on IndiGo 6E2761 at 16.00 from Chennai to Delhi on the 15th of March, and SpiceJet SG2939 from Delhi to Dharamsala at 10.45am on the 16th of March. On the Delhi to Dharamsala leg, you can book an earlier flight but please be at the airport by 12.15pm so we can all go to the ashram together.
The flight from Delhi to Dharamsala only includes 15kg of checked bags. If you require extra, please remember to book extra luggage when you book your flights.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel for any reason up to December 18, 2026, you will be reimbursed all but 15% of the price. After that and up to 30 days prior, you will be reimbursed 50%. Within 30 days, the retreat is non-refundable.
